Investment Process

Keiretsu Forum follows a step-by-step filtering and investment process to ensure that our forum provide the most attracting ventures for our network.

1. Application

Interested companies submit an online application

2. Pre-Screening

Keiretsu reviews prospective companies for investment readiness. If your company qualifies, you will be contacted by phone for an initial review of your business model and company status in general.

3. Deal Screening

If your company qualifies, you will be asked to give an 8-minute presentation followed by a 7-minute Q/A session to a smaller group of our investors. After the presentations, the attending investors discuss the positive aspects and any concerns, and score each company anonymously.

4. Forum Meeting

If your company passes the screening phase, you are invited to present in front of the full Forum. The presentation is 20 minutes long; 10 min pitch + 10 min Q/A. After your presentation, all entrepreneurs are asked to leave the room and the investors will discuss the opportunities and challenges of your company. You are welcome to stay at the networking session after the meeting to speak with the investors.

5. Due Diligence

If your company receives enough traction at the Forum Meeting it enters into a due diligence phase with those investors that have expressed their interest. Investors collaborate in the due diligence but make individual investment decisions.

6. Syndication

If your company receives traction from our network, you have the unique opportunity to apply to present to other chapters of your choice.
